Erin's Trenches
By code2ski @ 9:25 AM :: 452 Views :: 0 Comments :: Skiing Basics, Drills, Optimal Skill Level: Beginner, Optimal Skill Level: Intermediate
The benefits of digging trenches:
  1. It warms you up
  2. Gets you more comfortable in your boots (did you feel the weight?)
  3. Gives you a chance to verify the boot buckles are on the right side (usually to the outside) - digging also feels right when they are that way.
  4. You can feel the developing pressure on the sides of the boots when attempting turning your Magic Ski and this sensation is very close to what happens with your Real Skis on, and
  5. Improves your stance and overall balance.
Would you like to have more benefits listed?  Drop us a line and we'll add more on...
